Are fireworks legal at Juplaya?

Postby pix » Tue May 19, 2015 11:21 am

Anyone know the law on fireworks at juplaya? Or BLM land in general. I've heard different things. Seen a lot of fireworks set off without any law enforcement showing up but maybe that's because of the scarsity of law enforcement. Is there some special law that fireworks are always okay on the 4th, because America?

Fireworks are completely ILLEGAL in Pershing County, unless you have a professional display license from the state of Nevada AND then a permit from Pershing Co.
